Such a Geek!

En: I found this blazer in a thrift shop and couldn't wait to wear it in a preppy, school girl look. Since the blazer is quite short, I figured high waisted jeans would be best for the bottom part and a shirt stolen from my boyfriend's closet completed the look. When I'm out of ideas (or money for new clothes), I love to search his closet for new pieces - I always find something to borrow (and never give back). Do you also do this? If not, I think you definitely should!

Layers

En: In bed. Really sick. Just the flu. But too sick to use real sentences. Hope you like this look. This dress was a steal. I wear it a lot. Both around the house and under sweaters and cardigans. Hope I get better soon. Hope you find some inspiration in this post!

Ro: In pat. Bolnava. Prea greu sa alcatuiesc propozitii coerente. Sper ca va plac tinutele in multe straturi. Rochia asta e perfecta. Si a fost un chilipir. 40 RON. Reduceri. Sper sa ma refac curand. Sper ca va plac fotografiile de azi!

To the Rescue!

En: This hat comes to my rescue yet another time. You know, dark roots already showing and no time for the hair salon - usual girl drama! But let us not divert too much from the topic of my outfit: classical coat, high waisted jeans and over the knee boots; I was looking for comfort yesterday and it was an accomplished mission. Have a great Sunday everyone, I'll be spending mine in pijamas as I've been dreaming of a relaxing weekend all through the week! :)

Ro: In urma cu aproximativ 3 ani nu aveam nici macar o palarie. Acum am doua cutii albe, rotunde, facute la comanda, care ascund cate 3 palarii fiecare. Preferata mea ramane cea din imagini, un cadou foarte atent si foarte frumos (si perfect ca sa imi ascund eu radacinile nevopsite :)). Am tanjit dupa un weekend relaxant toata saptamana, asa ca tinuta mea de ieri e una extrem de comoda: palton clasic, jeansi cu talie inalta si cizme joase, fara pic de toc. Astazi planuiesc o zi intreaga in pijamale si cred ca asa o sa reusesc sa infrunt ziua de luni cu mai mult curaj. O duminica minunata va doresc!

Life Lately

En: Just in case you were wondering, I'm still alive. Very much alive actually and really busy studying for my residency. So, it took me forever to prepare a new post, but here it is: graduation and prom photo overflow. I hope you enjoy them, it was a very special moment for me after 6 years of Med School and I felt the need to share. And, yes, I had pink hair for prom; it was just a temporary shampoo, it's out now but I really want it back...

Ro: Desi am absentat cam mult de pe blog (si o sa tot absentez vara asta), sa nu credeti ca l-am abandonat de tot. Ma pregatesc pentru examenul de rezidentiat si asta imi ocupa tot timpul (yey!). Asa ca mi-a luat cam multicel sa postez fotografiile de la absolvire si de la banchet. Totusi, dupa 6 ani de Medicina, a fost un moment cu totul special pentru mine si am simtit nevoia sa le impartasesc si cu voi (cu o mica/mare intarziere). In rest, ne vedem pe Insta, unde am ramas destul de activa si pe blog peste inca vreo 2 saptamani :))

For graduation I wore a COS dress (have I expresed my love for the brand already?), a Nissa pearl necklace and my trusty Michael Kors watch.

Pentru absolvire am purtat o rochie neagra COS (v-am spus deja ca sunt fan al brandului?), un colier Nissa si ceasul Michael Kors.

For prom, I wore a Nissa dress, Smiling Shoes sandals (get them HERE), Meli Melo earringS and a Benvenutti clutch.

Pentru banchet am purtat o rochie Nissa, sandale Smiling Shoes (le gasiti AICI), cercei Meli Melo si un plic Benvenutti.

En: I'm finally back to blogging after a week's absence and it seemed much longer(like forever), I can't believe how used I've got to this!The stress of exams kept me away from my beloved computer but now all is well and I'm back to doing what I want!
