Real life Rodarte

En: It's finally time to bring back my favorite blazer.When I think about it, I don't even own that many jackets because the lovely spring allows me to get away with just a blazer on top of a shirt and boy, how I love it!Also, I was feeling really inspired by the Rodarte show hairsyle (tutorial here) and I experimented a little with my hair.

Ro:Am crezut ca  a venit primavara ( pozele sunt facute in urma cu vreo 2 zile ) si mi-am aranjat sacourile pe umerase si mi-am ascuns paltoanele.Maaaare greseala!Azi s-a intors nenorocirea de iarna si m-a inghetat cu totul, de-abia mi-am recapatat simtul tactil ca sa scriu cateva randuri sa ma plang si aici de vreme.Dar lasand la o parte ziua urata de azi, in pozele de mai jos, intr-o zi mult mai frumoasa si mai calduroasa, mi-am purtat din nou sacoul preferat, dupa luni de asteptare.Si am incercat si o coafura noua a la Rodarte si tare sunt mandra de rezultat!

Happy new year!

En: Happy new year everybody!I was planning on showing you my New Year's Eve outfit today, but I'm still waiting for the photos so I had to go with something else.Something like my new, gorgeous hat that was a very beautiful and unexpected present! I remember when I used to feel so awkward and overdressed wearing a hat...but it is true what they say: once you start wearing one, it totally completes your look and makes you feel polished.I know I love mine!

 Ro: La multi ani la toata lumea!M-am gandit ca daca nu ati primit inca destule mesaje de genul, sa va transmit si eu unul!Dar cam atat cu urarile ca stiti voi mai bine ce va doriti... Pentru azi, planuiam sa arat lumii tinuta mea de revelion( de care am fost tare mandra ) dar cum pozele sunt greu de recuperat cand nu folosesti aparatul propriu, mai am de asteptat.Si cum ieri am purtat aceasta minunata palarie( care a fost un cadou total neasteptat ), m-am gandit ca merita sa apara si ea aici, pe blog, ca e frumoasa rau!

Grey simplicity

En: I'm finally back to blogging after a week's absence and it seemed much longer(like forever), I can't believe how used I've got to this!The stress of exams kept me away from my beloved computer but now all is well and I'm back to doing what I want! And what I want for today, is to share a photo of how I'd like to dress these days(while the temperatures still allow it)!I am not mastering minimalism as well as I'd like but I sure love it in others so my goal for the upcoming months is to create my own efortlessly cool outfits, like this lovely lady that looks stunning in a simple gray knit dress...

 Ro: Absenta mea indelungata(o saptamana care a parut o vesnicie)a luat sfarsit!Nu pot sa cred cat de mult mi-a lipsit blogul saptamana care a trecut, dar stresul examenelor m-a tinut departe!Acum ca toate s-au terminat cu bine si sunt cu un pas mai aproape de a fi doctor :D, sunt incantata sa ma intorc la ce vreau sa fac.Si ce vreau acum e sa v-o arat pe aceasta domnisoara, care ma face sa imi cumpar un dulap de rochii gri si sa le port cu jachete de piele.O tinuta atat de simpla si totusi atat de placuta privirii, e exact ce imi doresc sa obtin in viitor!

Wannabe Wednesday: Claiborne Swanson Frank

It's been a while since I shared a Vogue girl's outfit here, so I thought it was about time to marvel together at the impecable style of Claiborne Swanson Frank, Vogue collaborator and perfect style inspiration for me.

She looks extermely chic in a vintage YSL blaser, J.Crew t-shirt, JBrand jeans and Rag&Bone boots with old family inherited accesories:

It's easier to bare the cold in a Veronica Beard jacket, JBrand jeans and Prada boots paired with Warby Parker sunglasses and an old Loius Vuitton bag:

 When hanging out at home, she's wearing a Michael Kors sweater, JBrand bell-bottoms and Chloe boots.A Holst+Lee necklace elevates the entire look.

At a gallery, she shines in a Celine trench, 7 for All Mankind jeans and Prada boots worn with a Chloe bag and a vintage gold wedding cuff as accesories:

Wish I Was Wearing: A splash of green

I hate these rainy, gloomy fall days, they make want to wear dark outfits and a sad face...But I try to fight it with at least one splash of color, whether it's emerald green, burgundy, deep purple(you know the "it" colors of the season). So that's why I love the following outfit, it's perfectly balanced in terms of color and appropriate for the weather.I still don't know how I feel about a dress over pants, but if it's draped and the pants are actually leggings, it looks just great!
