Prague: Part 1

En: There's so much I'd like to tell you about our Prague trip and not enough words I seem to find at the moment. Walking the narrow streets of the Old Town, I experienced some of the medieval magic of the city and could think of nothing but how it would have been to live back then. If only it wasn't crammed with tourists everywhere (I guess you can tell how many there were by the photos)! Well, it still didn't take any of the beauty away from it and it was a great experience: the architecture, the amazing food and the vibrant streets definitely make it a place worth visiting!

Ro: Sunt multe lucruri de spus despre Praga si parca prea putine cuvinte. Pe strazile inguste ale Orasului Vechi, m-am simtit ca si cum as fi calatorit in timp, inapoi in Epoca Medievala. Doar multitudinea de turisti de toate nationalitatile (in fotografii se vad mereu valuri si valuri de oameni venind in fundal) imi reamintea ca traim in era avioanelor si a masinilor cu multi cai putere care te duc oriunde ai visa. De la o arhitectura impresionanta, intr-o mare diversitate de stiluri la mancare extrem de gustoasa si la zumzetul neobosit al strazilor, Praga are multe de oferit si noi am gustat cate putin din toate, dar mai multe o sa va povestesc in urmatorul articol!

A Chunky Sweater Is All You Need

En: I love seing other girls wearing hats or caps or turbans or any other kind of head accessory. So, obviously, throughout time, I bought some for myself. But somehow, most days, I find myself leaving the house without them. Probably because I hate going over the top with my looks, especially lately (I think I'm in an extreme minimalistic phase) and wearing any kind of head gear makes me feel a little awkward. Well, since perseverance is definitely one of my strenghts and when I look at photos of me wearing hats I get all excited, every once in a while I push myself towards putting a hat on. Just like in today's look, which is a really comfortable suggestion for spring. Going out without a jacket felt really nice and I enjoyed every minute of it!

Ro: Cred ca toti avem haine, pantofi sau alte accesorii pe care ne place sa le privim, dar nu sa le si purtam. Mai mult, ne place sa le vedem la altii si le admiram tinuta, dar credem ca noi am arata ridicol imbracati asa. Pentru mine, asta se intampla mai mereu ce palariile: intorc capul dupa orice fata cu palarie, ador sa le incerc, chiar sa mi le cumpar, dar ma simt oarecum ciudat cand le port. Imi dau sentimentul de prea mult, ca am exagerat cu tinuta mea si ca am iesit din liniile simplitatii pe care am inceput sa o iubesc. Totusi, cand ma uit la fotografii (si ma entuziazmez pentru ca imi place ce vad), constientizez ca o palarie nu face decat sa completeze perfect unele tinute. Asa ca mi-am propus sa ma straduiesc mai mult in perioada care urmeaza (perseverenta nu imi lipseste deloc, deci nu ar trebui sa fie prea greu) si primavara asta o sa imi scot rand pe rand toate palariile/sepcile/esarfele la plimbare. Va incurajez sa faceti la fel si sa indrazniti mai mult!

In the Mirror

En: I'm finally on vacation! And I've been waiting to say this forever since exams were many and tough and my frustration was growing with every facebook post from my friends saying they were free and I was not! But since that's over now, we managed to shot some new pics with my mirrored sunglasses I've been waiting to wear for a while now.I'm really happy with them although I look almost like an alien in these photos :)
And what about my overalls? I found them on sale for something like 5 dollars and I still hesitated as they make me feel like a child. But since they're making such a huge comeback, I decided to give it a try!
Also, pardon the frizzy hair.I guessI could have named this post bad hair day...

Ro: E gata in sfarsit si sesiunea mea! A fost lungs si grea si frustranta!Mai ales ca am vazut prea multe postari pe facebook care anuntau vacanta altora in vreme ce eu trebuia sa ma lupt cu sute de pagini! Dar a trecut si azi ne-am facut timp de niste poze noi cu ochelarii de soare de la Asos pe care asteptam de mult sa-i port!Sunt foarte incantata de ei chiar daca seaman putin cu un extraterestru in poze :)
Salopeta e o alta poveste.Am prins-o la reduceri la vreo 20 de lei si tot am ezitat. Ma face sa ma simt ca un copil, asa ca m-am gandit ca poate tocurile mai salveaza situatia. Nu? Poate? Pareri?
Iar despre par nici nu mai vorbesc, a luat-o complet razna azi, sper sa ma asculte mai bine data viitoare!
